I. onsite styling

If your wedding is all planned, you got your vendors all booked and your wedding timeline is all set – but now you're stressing about how your décor will get set up on your wedding day, this service is designed for you! You need someone to take care of the basic set up, transferring the décor from the ceremony to the reception, and styling all of the little details. 

I will assist in setting-up all ceremony and reception décor such as welcome signs, linens, table décor, centrepieces, place cards, guest book, gift table, programs, menu cards, dessert table, etc. focusing on your wedding aesthetic!

II. month-of coordination

Also referred to as Day-of Coordination, this service is perfect if you are well into the planning process but feel overwhelmed by the details of executing your wedding day. I will step in to ensure everything runs smoothly, giving you peace of mind so you can focus on what truly matters, enjoying the moment with your loved ones.

This service begins 8 weeks before your wedding day. I will meet with you to create a detailed, minute-by-minute timeline and troubleshoot any potential challenges. Once finalized, I will share the timeline with your vendors and take over all communication with them. On your wedding day, you can relax and have fun while I handle all the logistics.

III. partial planning

This is designed for the couple who wants to be a part of the wedding planning process, but just needs a little help with selecting vendors, budget assistance and help with putting together their design if needed.

If you’re midway through the planning process, I will help you find up to three (3) vendors that match your budget and personality. Not only will I assist in finding the right vendor fit, but I will also be in full contact with them throughout the planning process leading up to your wedding day. Additionally, I will help bring your design vision together by offering creative ideas and suggestions to enhance your wedding aesthetic, ensuring a cohesive and beautifully styled event. This service includes everything in the Month-of Wedding Coordination Package and is typically booked 6 to 8 months before the big day.

Iv. full planning

This collection encompasses every aspect of wedding planning, from the initial stages to the day of your wedding. I will guide you through the process, providing design ideas, helping you develop a realistic budget, and managing all the details necessary to create a flawless celebration.

The creative process begins with a consultation to discuss your vision, inspirations, and expectations, ensuring your wedding is a true reflection of you. Together, we will establish a cohesive colour palette and overall aesthetic, including a complete mood board, a detailed layout, and a curated list of hand-selected vendors who will bring your vision to life.

On your wedding day, I will coordinate every detail down to the minute, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy the celebration with your loved ones. This service typically begins 12 to 16 months before the big day.
