After planning my own wedding, I discovered my passion for planning and all of the fun details that come along with it. Following years of working in therapeutic recreation and client relations, transitioning to wedding planning was the perfect way to combine my creative and organizational skills in a meaningful way. My specialty is having an eye for the details - from ceremony and cultural traditions, to the tiniest piece of dazzling décor - and always striving to find new ways to make every event unique. I thrive on ensuring that your thoughtful details are organized and executed as you’ve envisioned.

I. onsite styling
If your wedding is all planned, you got your vendors all booked and your wedding timeline is all set – but now you're stressing about how your décor will get set up on your wedding day, this service is designed for you! You need someone to take care of the basic set up, transferring the décor from the ceremony to the reception, and styling all of the little details.
I will assist in setting-up all ceremony and reception décor such as welcome signs, linens, table décor, centrepieces, place cards, guest book, gift table, programs, menu cards, dessert table, etc. focusing on your wedding aesthetic!

II. month-of coordination
Also referred to as Day-of Coordination, if you are already well on your way with the planning but you’re a bit overwhelmed by the details of executing the wedding day, I would be happy to take over so you can have some peace of mind and focus on what’s really important: enjoying yourself and your loved ones.
This service begins 8 weeks before the wedding day - I will meet with you to create a down to the minute timeline and to troubleshoot any difficulties you may have. I will then send the timeline to your vendors and take over your communication with them so that on the day of your wedding, you can focus on having fun while I coordinate all the details.

III. partial planning
This is designed for the couple who wants to be a part of the wedding planning process, but just needs a little help with selecting vendors, budget assistance and help with putting together their design if needed.
If you’re midway throughout the planning process, I will help you find up to three (3) vendors that meet your budget and personality. I will help find the right vendor fit but also be in full contact with those vendors during the planning process leading up to the wedding day. This service includes all of the services included in the Month-of Wedding Coordination Package. This service is usually booked 6 to 8 months before the big day.

Iv. full planning & design
This collection encompasses all aspects of planning from the very beginning to the day of your wedding. I will be there to assist you in providing you ideas for design, work with you to develop a realistic budget, and provide all of the services necessary to make your wedding flawless!
The creative process begins with a meeting to discuss the event, the inspirations, and expectations that will help us make your wedding celebration uniquely yours. We will establish colour palette, overall aesthetic, including a complete mood board, also a layout and a list of hand select vendors that will be able to bring your vision to life.
On the day of your wedding, I will coordinate everything down to the minute so you can focus on what really matters and enjoy the celebration with your loved ones. This service often begins 12 to 16 months prior to the big day.
