Sabrina and David had a quite contemporary wedding but with an abundance of traditional customs that added authenticity to the whole celebration. Since both the bride and groom come from distinguished backgrounds, they decided to include some traditions to honour their cultural heritage. Every feature they had on their love celebration left everyone in awe!
The couple decided to begin their wedding with a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony, which was intimate but enough to add special effects to the union. The ceremony was held in a private residence because they wanted this custom only for their families. It was a special moment that marked the unity of two families from different cultures.
Once the Tea Ceremony ended, Sabrina and David had their romantic wedding ceremony at District 28. The venue is located in the city’s heart, characterized by white walls that create the perfect blank canvas for a timeless union.
The couple decided on a live guitarist who played romantic tunes throughout the ceremony. I should not forget to mention the authentic Filipino traditions that were part of the wedding ceremony. There was a unity veil, a cord ritual, and an exchange of unity coins to commemorate the special bond between the bride and the groom. The ceremony ended with a glorious champagne toast with all the guests – nothing says celebration more than a bubbly drink in sophisticated glasses! Sadly, District 28 recently closed down, but it truly created the perfect memories for the couples who witnessed its beauty.
Sabrina and David continued their festivities with a photo session to frame their majestic and modern industrial wedding forever. They had their photoshoot with the whole wedding party at Archive Studio, a photo studio with a magnificent setting, intimate venue, and natural light. It is a studio that blends the old charm and modern European architecture into one. No wonder their photographs turned out so breathtaking!
Every detail of Sabrina and David’s wedding was exceptional, so the experience was unforgettable. Working with the couple was a genuine delight, and I enjoyed every part of it!
